This terms and condition is applicable to www.marryil.com and marryil mobile application (hereinafter referred as “Marryil” or “Website”) both of are owned and operated by Einfomia Online Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred as “Einfomia”) incorporated under the provisions of the Companies act, 1956 with its registered office at Near Tamulia Railway Gate, Saraswatipur, Kuruda, Balasore, Odisha, Pin - 756056. The information and services provided by website can be used subject to your compliance of the terms and conditions set forth below.

By accessing or using the website, printing, downloading or using any service from this website you signify your assent to agree to these terms and conditions and entering into a legally binding contract. "Third Party" refers to any person other than the "User" or the "Website".

- You have not been previously removed or banned from this website for any reason.
- You have not been convicted of, or pled no contest to, a felony or indictable offense, including but not limited to sex crimes or any crime involving violence.

Marryil Purchased credits on the website are not a currency, donation, security, or any monetary instrument and do not have any cash or monetary value. The credits do not earn any interest, profit, or represent a cash equivalent. They cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash or any monetary consideration. The credits are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be used within the website to avail specified services. You are not permitted to sell, trade, or transfer the credits to any other person. The credits are intended solely for your personal use and cannot be used for any other purpose. The credit balance shown in your account does not represent a bank account, digital wallet, or any form of payment instrument.
We may, from time to time, offer free credits through coupons or other promotional activities. Such promotional coupons will be available for a limited time and will have their own expiry period and applicable restrictions. If you fail to redeem a promotional coupon before its expiry date, it will lapse and become invalid. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any promotional coupon at any time without notice. Each promotional coupon is subject to individual terms and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Promotional credits cannot be applied toward any applicable sales, use, gross receipts, or similar transaction-based taxes.
All purchased and promotional credits remain valid only until their respective expiry dates. Any unused credits shall expire automatically on their expiry date. If your account is terminated due to a breach of this agreement or for any other reason, any unused credits in your account shall be forfeited immediately without any compensation or refund.
We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the website or the services offered by website or any content posted on the website or transmitted to Users. We will not be responsible or liable for any user content, including but not limited to errors, inaccuracy, any loss or damage incurred by use of the user content, or for any failure or delay in removing user content.
The content you post in your profile will be visible to the public; be sure you are comfortable sharing your content before posting. You must be cautious while disclosing any personal information online. You should not mention contact details (email, mobile, postal address, social profile ID etc.) in any field other than where they are specifically asked. If you put above information in fields other than the one meant for that purpose, then that will be removed from profile.
The website doesn’t endorse matches and profiles in any manner. The information furnished to the user as matching profile is based on the partner preference criteria set by the user. You also agree that Einfomia will not be held liable for the removal, modification or deletion of user content that may be considered offensive, and we will not be obligated to effect such removal other than under applicable law. The users remain solely responsible for the content of the materials posted or published by them on website and such content doesn’t necessarily reflect our views.
The website shall make reasonable efforts to act on such reports in a timely manner, but does not guarantee the removal or moderation of reported content unless required under applicable law.

- Encourage any third party to: (a) directly or indirectly generate usage, queries, impressions, or clicks through any automated, deceptive, fraudulent or other invalid means; (b) edit or modify any tag, or remove, obscure or minimize any tag in any way; or (c) engage in any action or practice that reflects poorly on website.
- You shall not use any deep-link, page-scrape, robot, spider or other automatic program or any similar manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the website or any content. In any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the website or any content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Website.

- You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website or any transaction being conducted on the Website, or with any other person's use of the Website.
- You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal You send to Us on or through the Website or any service offered on or through the Website. You may not pretend that You are, or that You represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law Einfomia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, explicit or implied, in connection with the Service and your use thereof including implied warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, usefulness, authority, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Einfomia makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of the website.
You expressly agree that use of this site or any of the materials contained therein is at your discretion and at your own and sole risk. No oral or written information or advice given by this site or the employees or affiliates of this site shall create or imply a warranty or in any way increase the scope of liability of the owners of this site. This site is not responsible to you for any transmission problems of downloaded or otherwise used content of this site or any form of website downtime. This site does not warrant that this site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free or that defect in or on this site will be corrected.

We shall utilize a Payment Gateway to process payments made towards services provided on the website. All valid Credit/Debit/Cash Cards and other payment instruments are processed using a credit card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure, and the same is governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.
All Online Bank Transfers from valid bank accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank, which supports the Payment Facility to provide these services to the Users. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank.
The credit/debit card information will not be utilized and/or shared by the website with any third party unless expressly agreed upon by the terms of agreement with third parties or where disclosure is mandated in the privacy policy or as required by and under any law, regulation, or court order. The website will not be liable for any credit/debit card fraud. The liability for the use of a credit/debit card fraudulently will solely be borne by the customer, and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall rest exclusively upon the customer.
The above terms shall apply to the information of net banking payment option usage, i.e., username and/or password, etc., provided by You. You also agree and undertake not to stop and/or dispute any credit/debit card payment once initiated by You. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the website in full for any expense(s) incurred by us consequent to Your failure to abide by this clause.
The grant of such a request will be at the sole discretion of Einfomia, and you consent to the terms while making your application for a refund. A request for a refund of payment made to Einfomia must be made within three (3) business days from the date of payment. The refund of the fees you paid to Einfomia is the maximum relief granted in any event. The refund so granted will be subject to verification of payment realization and shall be processed after the deduction of applicable taxes and/or banking charges (if any) for such a transaction.
The user can also request the website to close his/her account. The website will close the user account after receiving confirmation from the user’s registered email ID. The unused credits in the user account will be forfeited on the same date, and the account cannot be activated again.
The website can terminate the user account without any notice for any reason, including but not limited to violating website terms, committing unlawful or illegal activity in the account, providing incorrect profile information, or behaving in an inappropriate or unlawful way, all based on the website’s sole discretion. The website can also terminate a user account that is not active for a long time as a security measure from time to time. The unused credits in the user account will be forfeited on the date of termination, and the account cannot be activated again.
The website can temporarily or permanently restrict access of a member to its services at any time without any notice. In such case, the user may log into the account but will not be able to use the paid services. The unused credits in the user account will lapse on their expiry date.
If your account is terminated by you or by the website, all provisions of these terms and conditions will remain enforceable. Termination of your account shall not relieve you from any obligations arising out of your account prior to termination. Your information will remain stored in our servers even after termination of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The website reserves the right to modify or discontinue its service at any time with or without prior notice. The website shall not be liable to you or any third party for such modification or discontinuance of services.
Einfomia gives no warranty and makes no representation, whether expressed or implied, that the information contained in this site is error free. Einfomia shall not be responsible for, nor liable for, any consequential damages arising on account of your relying on the contents of the advertisement. Before relying on the material, users should independently verify its relevance for their purposes, and should obtain any appropriate professional advice.
Any and all services and rights of use hereunder are performed, performable and/or sold in the state of Odisha, India. You also agree that any dispute between you and us will be governed by the laws of the state of Odisha, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the Parties hereto. All matters relating to such arbitration shall be maintained in confidence. Subject to Arbitration, the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India only. When any dispute is under arbitration, except for the matters under dispute, the Parties shall continue to exercise their remaining respective rights and fulfill their remaining respective obligations under these Terms.
No dispute may be joined with another lawsuit, or in an arbitration with a dispute of any other person, or resolved on a class-wide basis. You hereby agree that you will not bring or participate in any class action or other class proceeding in connection with any dispute with Einfomia.
The users are solely responsible for the communication between any user via email, chat, interaction or any other medium and the website has no obligation to monitor any dispute arising between the users. The company shall not be a party to any such dispute or litigation between users.

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Definitions
